My story in brief

Up until recently my career has been predominantly office based and my fitness mostly gym orientated. Both have not been kind to my posture. My interest, fundamental beliefs and aspirations of leading a healthy and active lifestyle steered me to become a Soft Tissue Therapist.

I trained at the renowned London School of Massage, qualifying with a BTEC Level 5 Diploma; currently the highest level in this discipline.

I am extremely passionate about the benefits of soft tissue therapy and the many techniques I have learnt enable me to help others who suffer from postural imbalances and injuries and to relieve the pain and discomfort associated with these. I have strong concerns for our future generations posture due to technology and its related issues and hope to promote awareness through my passion in treating others.

I still go to the gym, however, I have adapted my training, as I am a believer in the benefits of functional exercise. I have started practising yoga (which is so much harder than anything I have ever done) which should also enhance the manual therapy which I also have regularly myself.
